Alpine towing to the rescue! Carlos rescued me the other night with a simple call to AAA! He was the most kind and patient person! I thought I needed a tow after a few failed attempts to jump my car (myself), but Carlos calmly evaluated the situation and got my engine going again; no tow needed! He recognized the sound and symptoms and quickly resolved the problem. He showed me my battery voltage and explained what it should be. A quick trip to the auto store for a new battery and I'm off rolling worry-free! Honestly a very positive experience! I was a female, alone after dark and with Carlos I felt absolutely safe and taken care of. I will definitely be considering auto services at Alpine automotive after this wonderful experience.
