Alpine towing to the rescue! Carlos rescued me the other night with a simple call to AAA! He was the most kind and patient person! I thought I needed a tow after a few failed attempts to jump my car (myself), but Carlos calmly evaluated the situation and got my engine going again; no tow needed! He recognized the sound and symptoms and quickly resolved the problem. He showed me my battery voltage and explained what it should be. A quick trip to the auto store for a new battery and I'm off rolling worry-free! Honestly a very positive experience! I was a female, alone after dark and with Carlos I felt absolutely safe and taken care of. I will definitely be considering auto services at Alpine automotive after this wonderful experience. Thank you!

In all my years of driving and dealing with automotive needs, this place has got to be one of the worst I have dealt with. Overinflated prices, overinflated male egos, combative employees arguing with the customer, the list goes on. I'm a knowledgeable person and Female and it's extremely insulting to be treated as an inferior in " A man's world". It's 2022, for goodness sakes!! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!
