Extremely rude! Marty, the Tow Manager, tried to steal my service from AAA, & charged me even though my Classic Membership covers 5 miles & the AAA Car Care Plus location in Vernon Hills covers the other 5 miles, and I live less than 10 miles away. He also ignored my request to have it towed from where it was, and decided to get in my car with two stuck wheels and gun it in reverse, which messed up the asphalt seal on the driveway. I have filed 2 complaints with AAA, 1 because I was charged when I shouldn’t have been, and 2 because this company is refusing to refund the charge, even after the man at the AAA store talked to them on the phone and told them I should not be charged for the tow! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!!
