I made an appointment to get a tire pressure sensor replaced. When I made the appointment, they quoted a price of $75/80. When I arrived for my appointment today, they told me it would be $95, due to an increase in labor. However, they had already quoted me the lower price and refused to honor it. Judge for yourself what kind of business practice this is.
LOUISE, I am sorry to hear about your experience with pricing. We as a business are seeing pricing for all aspects of business go up rapidly, from property taxes, parts, equipment and so on. We must raise pricing at times to cover these new incurred cost increases. I looked for the written quote on the sensor and could not find one, I asked Jason, and he told me it was a verbal quote and did not recall when. I will be willing to honor the price you were quoted verbally. All our written quote pricing holds to quoted level all new quotes reflect newer pricing. Please reach out if I can set up a time for you to take care of the sensor. Again Sorry for any inconvenience.
