Just had Austin change my flat tire. Super polite, super professional super fast service. I love that the app lets you know exactly how far away they are and you can track them.

I like taking my cars to Alpine for oil change. Service is always good and professional. I just didn’t appreciate the way I was told about presenting the Cupon (which I had failed to give them when I checked in). I take full responsibility for missing the sign and not remembering from previous visits, but I could have been told differently. I would suggest that even though there is a big sign at the check in, they should do a reminder to the customer before they make the final bill.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Brought my car in to have an alignment on my car after buying brand new tires. 1 year later and i have had two separate tell me I need new tires because they are worn down unevenly. They both said it seemed like my car was never aligned. Sounds like they took my money and didn’t do anything. Bring your car at your own risk.

I've only been here twice so far but I like them. Their prices are reasonable, they are fast and friendly, and I appreciate that I can make an appointment online.

I had an issue with our car after Alpine did some engine work. Jeff the owner read my review and was very concerned. He asked that I return so the repairs can be made correctly. I just picked up my wife's 2007 Lincoln Navigator and it now runs like a new car.
