DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TOW YOUR CAR. They towed my 2017 Jaguar and damaged it to the point where it is not able to be driven. I've been with out my car for 3 weeks and do not know when it will be fixed. They admitted towing it incorrectly but won't step up to pay the bill to get it fixed.

There is much more to the story that is not being conveyed here. We offered to repair the car but the dealership he has it at wants to charge 4500.00 for a 350.00 repair. Currently being arbitrated by a third party. we offered to have the repair done 2 days after incident. choice was made to leave it at a dealership trying to make bank on a bad situation, call me I would be more than happy to go over the options with you again and try to move this along quickly.

Towed our car and charged $80 which we paid in cash as well as tipping the tow truck operator $10 for his troubles. In some sort of mixup, our auto insurance company reimbursed them directly instead of us, and when we pointed out this mistake, they told us to work it out with Alpine directly. The tow truck operator and the company told us we were lying and denied we ever paid them $90 upfront, so they pocketed this in addition to the insurance payout. It's not the money but their deceit and likely prejudice that bothers us the most.

After two towing companies completely blew me off, Alpine Towing was there immediately. Really appreciate their responsiveness and Adrian's professionalism and courtesy. Will skip State Farm next time and go directly to Alpine.

The car hit a pole and needed a tow. The police called Alpine to retrieve it. Alpine is trying to charge $590 to get the car back. Called several times, rude, rude, and rude. They are charging several hidden fees. The tow was less than 8 miles. Good luck if you have to deal with them. If it's your choice DO NOT CALL THEM!!! Storage fee, Admin Fee, Title search fee...

I appreciate the honest and thorough evaluation of the problem. Instead of doing more work than necessary, Alpine completes the work and does not pad the bill. I completely trust them in their diagnosis of my car's problem and their repairs are done correctly.
