Jason worked hard searching for the problem, resetting the computer alerts and completely testing any possible problems. Taking time to test drive and assured me the vehicle was safe. A squirrel got into my engine compartment and snacked on some wires. Luckily, my car was functional enough to get it to Alpine! I showed them my problem and was provide a plan on how they would perform the repair and an estimation on how long it would take. They did a great job with the repair and beat their original estimation on time. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and I was charged a fair price for the repair. Thank you Alpine!

Fees are so high on their towing service. The Lake Zurich police use them so they know they got u cornered and charge u more than any tow company I've ever dealt with including THE CITY OF CHICAGO!
