Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced at an autoshop. David was especially helpful and kind. They offered me discounts and the prices were very reasonable. Defiantly would highly recommend alpine auto !!

More companies should hire people like Jason. He’s gone above and beyond numerous times to make sure our needs were met! Service has been great all the times we’ve gone here.

This place is a complete joke! Avoid at all costs! I had my car towed and driver stole things out of my car.It was just a $20 thing so not that big of a deal but I wanted to let them know so they can keep an eye on that driver and to know what kind of employee they had. They went off on me just trying to help them then caught them in several lies over and over. They try to intimidate but that does not work with me and do not let them do it to you STAY AWAY!

I discovered Alpine Automotive by accident. Having purchased all of our cars at Motor Werks in Barrington, all of our cars were serviced there as well. As MW grew, the service became less impressive and more expensive. Had a 60,000 mile service in December 2017. Cost was approximately $1,200.00 ($700 was labor). Two months later my 2013 Honda Pilot would not start, State Farm Insurance called Alpine to tow my car to MW. When I called ahead to notify the service department and they said they couldn't get to it until the next day. I mentioned having just brought it in for service but this fell on deaf ears. Kyle (from Alpine) offered to call his office to see if they could look at it.They repaired the car that day. But here is the awesome part, one week later my Pilot wouldn't start again. I called Alpine, Dave drove to my home jumped it and said the new battery that MW put in probably had a bad cell so I should take it back and use the warranty to get it fixed. Dave was right, the new battery was bad and the repair cost me nothing. I was really impressed with the honesty and service that Alpine showed me. Please consider giving this company your business. Car trouble stinks but knowing it will be fixed right and having them stand behind there work is a bonus.

These guys are fraudsters. The owner is not someone you'd want around your children and Lisa Madigan's office has been notified of these guys a few times.

Scumbags. Lie after lie and shady as hell trying to scam more money out of insurance. Crashed my car into a curb and after tow truck arrived, the driver proceeded to tell me how they need to make money and the only way to make money is to lie to insurance. So then he said "we're gonna charge your insurance for 2 trucks, for example. But don't repeat that". I was there the entire time and it was one truck and also have pictures of him loading the car by himself. As soon as it got up in the air and on the bed, the lies really started. "Oh your insurance called and they told us to impound it for 24 hrs". Well I called insurance right back and they said they would never tell them to do that. So I went to the place where they impounded it with a friend, and the owner was extremely hostile and proceeded to call us morons and then slammed the door. I then went to the police to see what they can do to help us get my car to the body shop. The officer called the owner to hear his side of the story, and during the conversation the owner/truck driver had the fkn nerve to tell the officer I was drunk and had beer bottles in the car and didn't get a police report to avoid a dui! I demanded the officer and I go see the car to see these bottles, and then the story changed to "he threw them out of the car, they were by the accident". Funny thing is, I don't drink. Ever. Haven't had a drink in probably 10 years. There's literally zero reason to lie and make up fabricated stories. A simple $60 tow down the street turned into this huge stressful fiasco that wasted my time and caused extra headache for no reason other than to make more money on my bad situation.
