Jesse and the team at Alpine were able to diagnose and fix a brake problem with my Genesis for what the dealership wanted to charge me to diagnose the issue. Thanks Jesse for researching the issue so you knew how to fix it when I brought the car in!

I've been a customer of Alpine Automotive for years and think they are the best around. The staff and mechanics do a great job with repairs, and importantly, always are honest and upfront about my auto issues. Their advice is very customer-oriented and they don't push to make repairs if it doesn't make sense. Overall, my opinion is that they go the extra mile and I will continue to use them.

Extremely rude! Marty, the Tow Manager, tried to steal my service from AAA, & charged me even though my Classic Membership covers 5 miles & the AAA Car Care Plus location in Vernon Hills covers the other 5 miles, and I live less than 10 miles away. He also ignored my request to have it towed from where it was, and decided to get in my car with two stuck wheels and gun it in reverse, which messed up the asphalt seal on the driveway. Image attached. This company is a scam. I have filed 2 complaints with AAA, 1 because I was charged when I shouldn’t have been, and 2 because this company is refusing to refund the charge, even after the man at the AAA store talked to them on the phone and told them I should not be charged for the tow! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!!
